In relation to Transport services Trinidad and Tobago dominated this category of exports to the UK in every year except 2019, with a maximum RRCA index of 11.58 in 2014, followed by Antigua and Barbuda with indices above 2. The level of competition from the next three competitors (i.e., Guyana, Jamaica, the DR) in this category was generally low, with only Guyana managing to exceed an index of 2 over the period 2013 to 2015. This of course was due to Trinidad and Tobago’s dominance as a regional air carrier, with Caribbean Airlines being the main regionally owned trans-Atlantic link between the Region and the United Kingdom.
