Most respondents (41.4%) preferred a mixed delivery method of training involving both face-to

face and online modes (see Figure 17). However, compared to face-to-face delivery (33.3%), there

was less demand for online/virtual delivery; only 19.5% of participants preferred this method (see

Figure 17). Regarding preferred duration, there is a greater preference for shorter courses, spanning

from 1-2 weeks (42%) (see Figure 18). This is not surprising considering that one of the main

challenges with private sector participation in training was insufficient time/resources as Figure

16 previously confirmed.
