convenience sampling techniques was leveraged to ensure that both representativeness and

sufficiently large sample sizes per country were plausible achievements at the end of the data

gathering process. To ensure a more aggressive uptake of the survey responses in each country,

BSOs were approached to send out the survey, via email, to their full membership population of

businesses.

At the end of the data-gathering phase, a total of 513 useable employer surveys were received for

the final sample to facilitate data collation, analysis, and reporting. Table 11 shows the

comparisons of the minimum sample targets and actual survey responses received by country for

at the end of the survey research exercise.
