SIAL Paris 2024 marked Caribbean Export’s third successful participation in the expo, following appearances in 2018 and 2022. The event’s premium product categories and international pavilions aligned perfectly with the high-end, niche offerings of CARIFORUM exhibitors. Products such as artisanal sauces, teas, and flavoured oils captured the attention of buyers seeking authentic and sustainable goods, highlighting the alignment between Caribbean products and European market demands. While the long-term impacts of these engagements will emerge in the coming years, the immediate benefits were evident.
