RE companies are limited in their scope. The required framework for RE generation is not in place and the environment is uncertain. Solar water heating is however offered to the public as an EE intervention. Other companies only offer the sales and installation

of RE generation products as an additional offer to their main business activity since demand from all sectors is low. Their relationship with the other key stakeholders is depicted in the diagram below.
