As is the case with most surveys, the entire market is not sampled. In addition, some potential participants were unwilling to contribute in anyway, citing reasons such as confidentiality of data and trade secrets. The required number of respondents was still attained in order to achieve the error and confidence specifications. For anonymity purposes, the respondents are not specifically identified.
