The Winfresh Group comprises the Saint Lucia based parent company, Winfresh Limited, and four wholly owned subsidiaries: Winfresh UK, Sunfresh in Saint Lucia, Vincyfresh in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenfresh in Grenada. Winfresh, which is owned by the Governments of the four Windward Islands, started as a company primarily responsible for the marketing and distribution of Windward Islands (WI) bananas. The company still has a substantial banana ripening and distribution operation in Winfresh UK but it has diversified its operations and product base. Through the WI subsidiary operations, the Group is now substantially involved in food processing and manufacturing.
