5. Three copies of the Partnership statement duly signed (if applicable)

6. Three copies of the budget presented in the format requested, and expressed in USD

7. The total project costs and budget are equal to or greater than US $5,000 (the minimum allowed) and equal to or less than US $15,000 (the maximum allowed). Capital goods being purchased does not exceed 30% of the total grant amount/budget.
