What our Attendees had to Say

“We partnered with the OCC in 2017 as the platinum sponsor because I saw the oppor- tunity to expand my brand into the region. itelbpo is a Caribbean brand that has gone international. You know that an industry is doing well when locals take advantage of the opportunities in the sector. I am excit- ed to continue to work with the organizers of the event to promote the Caribbean as a nearshore destination.” Yoni Epstein Chairman & CEO, itelBPO

“The OCC 2017 was a great opportunity to better understand the Caribbean BPO sector and network with decision-makers. We look forward to making new connections in 2019!”

Neha Kedia Kallani Finance Controller Fusion BPO Services

“The BPO sector is critical to Grenada’s success. The OCC provides an opportunity to connect with BPO firms in the Carib- bean and those who are not in the region to highlight my country’s competitive advantage in this sector and to learn of new developments and opportunities that Grenada could take advantage of.” Ronald Theodore CEO (Actg.)
