A Caribbean Social Innovation Guide

Who Makes Up the Social Innovation Ecosystem?

Social innovation doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when different people and organisations bring their ideas, skills and resources together. Every actor has an important role to play, and the greatest impact happens when different people, organisations and sectors bring their ideas, knowledge, resources and experience together. To find yourself or find the right partners, the ecosystem is organised into nine main categories of actors, each playing a specific role in how ideas are created, funded, and brought to life in our communities and islands.
