India’s OFDI to the Bahamas stood at US$ 214.1 million, which is 76.7 percent of India’s total OFDI to the region. Guyana, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago were other major countries absorbing Indian investments during the same period. (Table 13) . Due to worsening global economic conditions, there were no recorded OFDIs from India to the CARIFORUM countries during April 2020 to March 2021.
