India’s Major Trade Partners in CARIFORUM

India’s Exports to CARIFORUM- Country wise India exported merchandise goods worth US$ 532.4 million in 2020 to the CARIFORUM countries. Dominican Republic with a share of 35.5 percent was the top importer of Indian goods in the region. Other top importers in the region were Haiti (16.8 percent of total imports in 2020), followed by Trinidad and Tobago (13.4 percent), Jamaica (10.8 percent), and The Bahamas (10.5 percent). These top five countries together absorbed for 87 percent of India’s exports to the region (Figure 8) .

India’s Imports from CARIFORUM- Country wise In 2020, India imported merchandise goods worth US$ 471.2 million from the CARIFORUM countries. Dominican Republic, again, was the largest import source for India in the region.
