In 2025, RFHL renewed our Memorandum of Understanding, reaffirming our shared commitment to equipping MSME clients across the RFHL Group with the tools and capabilities required to compete globally. This commitment was demonstrated through various initiatives, including Caribbean Export’s participation in the 2025 Republic Bank–Caribbean Association of Banks MSME Workshop and Marketplace. Their contribution added valuable expertise to the event’s theme: “Expanding from Local to Global – Turning Sustainability into an Export Differentiator.”

Our collaboration on the Caribbean Investment Forum (CIF) continues to be a priority area for both organisations. Guided by our mutual objective of supporting regional economic transformation and strengthening networks across the Caribbean and beyond, we are encouraged by the milestones achieved to date. We were also extremely pleased with the successful rollout of Project THRIVE in 2025. Designed to equip 500 MSMEs across our territories with the training, mentorship, and financial literacy needed to enhance competitiveness and enter new markets, this project represents the type of transformative support that strengthens the entire regional MSME ecosystem. Our collaboration with Caribbean Export is a testament to what can be achieved when purpose driven organisations unite behind a shared vision. We remain deeply committed to this partnership, and to the continued progress and prosperity of the region’s businesses. THRIVE is structured in two phases:

• Business Capacity Building 1.0: foundational training reaching 394 SMEs entrepreneurs; and • Access 2 Finance Accelerator: a fully funded, intensive programme supporting a smaller cohort (171 top-performing participants) to go deeper on investor readiness and financing pathways.
