The digital revolution continues to redefine the landscape of opportunity for Caribbean businesses. MSMEs turned to digital tools as a lifeline in a rapidly changing global environment. Now, they are harnessing digitalisation to strengthen operations, reach new customers, improve logistics, and create innovative products and services that position them competitively in global value chains. The region must focus on scaling these gains - ensuring that digital transformation is accessible, inclusive, and supported by the right infrastructure and institutional partnerships. In 2025, Caribbean Export deepened its commitment to advancing a digitally empowered private sector. Through the Caribbean Digital Transformation Institute (CDTI), the Agency is systematically building digital capacity and assessing MSME readiness to participate in the digital economy. Partnerships like these continue to equip firms with practical tools to master e-commerce and logistics, while the EU - LAC Digital Accelerator is fostering innovation ecosystems that connect Caribbean enterprises with global technology partners.
