Enid Bissember Deputy Programme Manager, Economic Development Policy, Tax Administration and Research CARICOM Secretariat

Enid Bissember is the Deputy Programme Manager, Economic Development Policy, Tax Administration and Research at CARICOM Secretariat in the Directorate of Trade and Economic Integration. With organizational focus on financial markets development and economic policy analysis, Ms. Bissember has done extensive research in the areas of banking and finance. She has also worked at the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica as an Economist and at the Bank of Jamaica. Miss Bissember was also instrumental in establishing the Stock Exchange of Guyana and now serves as a Director on the Board.

Ms. Keinya Blake Gordon is a seasoned Attorney at Law in practice since 2003. She received her legal education at the University of the West Indies where she graduated with Honours earning a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2001 and obtained her Legal Education Certificate at the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad in 2003. Our Ms. Blake Gordon has been called to the Bar in Trinidad & Tobago in 2003, St. Kitts & Nevis, Anguilla in 2004 and Jamaica in 2009. As an Attorney at Law, Ms. Blake Gordon’s main areas of practice are in Real Estate, Commercial transactions and Citizenship By Investment/Immigration matters. She joined the BlakeFerguson team in 2009 and has furthered our mission to provide legal services in a client-centered environment in principle and practice.
