Strengthening the economic and commercial cooperation between Haiti and the Dominican Republic lays at the heart of the Haiti – Dominican Republic Binational Programme currently being implemented by the Agency. It is only through the enhanced cooperation between the two countries that will engender a reduction in the current historical trade imbalances and further inclusion into regional and global value chains, contributing the alleviation of poverty.
