It is imperative to explore alternative methods for continuous training, potentially leveraging an online learning portal. Sustained and regular communication between the agency and regional BSOs, TPOs, and CSIs is essential to grasp the needs of country firms and develop tailored interventions to support them effectively. In the post-COVID-19 era, the global economy has increasingly embraced the digital sphere, underscoring the critical role of service providers. Consequently, it is paramount for the Agency to stay attuned to digital trends and deliver targeted interventions to enhance the capacity of regional service providers, enabling them to compete effectively on the global stage.
